amplify spent five months working with the BBC’s Future of Media group leading the digital media experience across the web, mobile devices and connected TV.
As the video rights holder in the host nation for the 2012 Olympics, the BBC is in the unique position of facilitating a cross-platform, live digital experience like no other.
amplify’s work with BBC included the Product vision, Design planning, Creative direction, and Interaction design for the full consumption of live and catch up video, text, images for the Olympics.
The UK launch of the 2012 Portal was on 16 January 2012.

Praktikant User Interface Prototyping
Zur Unterstützung suchen wir ab sofort einen Praktikanten. Du solltest dich für User Interfaces begeistern und ein Interesse an neuen Technologien haben. Du würdest unseren Designern beratend zur Seite stehen und helfen ihre Entwürfe in Prototypen umzusetzen.
Die eingesetzten Zielplatformen sind von unseren Projekten abhängig und falls notwendig werden wir dich dort einarbeiten. Allgemeine Programmiererfahrung bezüglich User Interfaces solltest du jedoch mitbringen (in Frage kommen z.B. WPF/ Silverlight, iOS, Android oder Flex).

Praktikant User Interface Design / Interaction Design
Zur Unterstützung suchen wir ab sofort einen Praktikanten. Du solltest dich für User Interfaces begeistern und ein Interesse an neuen Technologien haben. Du würdest unseren Designern helfen Konzepte zu entwerfen und diese Umzusetzen.
Grundkenntnisse in der gängigen Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator) sind Voraussetzung. Wünschenswert sind zudem Kenntnisse die entworfenen Prototypen in Flash oder Processing auch umzusetzen.
